I colleague sent this video to me the other day, after listening to Stephen Joseph, attorney for Save The Plastic Bags, said that plastic bags aren't a problem in the ocean. Well, we tend to disagree. If you've ever needed some motivation to start your ban the bag campaign, check the video below. You'll get the kick in the butt you need. Warning, might want to grab some Kleenex.

Yes, Jim, everything 5 Gyres says about plastic pollution is completely wrong now. Thanks for exposing this insidious plot. What would dolphins play with if not these fun-packed plastic bags?

All plastic bags ans reusable bags can be eliminated with Ugreenway proposal.
We see that the Plastic Bags Industry are opposed to eliminate the plastic bags because they lose money and in the other hand to many workers lose their jobs .
With Ugreenway the Plastic Industry doesn’t lose money and the workers don’t lose their jobs, the proposal should increase jobs, only need an Industrial reorganization.

I have swam with Dolphins hundreds of times in the wild. Plastic is really bad in the ocean for so many reasons. This however is not a bad thing. That dolphin is PLAYING with that plastic bag. If you don't know this you don't know that much about dolphins. I bet you DO know this and using it to make people believe that the plastic bag was hurting the dolphin to get your point across (valid as it may be about plastic). I have seen dolphins fight over plastic bags. Use facts like the long liners for tuna that kill dolphins. Plastic hurts turtles way more than dolphins. Your credibility is shot. The ends DO NOT justify the means...you are one of them now. Jim
